Other DETAILS:

We are selling TWO-day camping and event packages. Children aged 4 and under are free with their parents. (This will include tickets for both days of music). All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. They are transferable but NON-REFUNDABLE.

It is all general admission camping whether you are sleeping in a tent, an RV or under the stars. CAMPERS are not assigned a campsite, but come in and find a place to set up. It takes everyone's cooperation to make this work and you are guaranteed to make new friends in the process! These packages include the music event, parking for 1 vehicle and camping for 2 nights: 9/25- 9/26/2026.

(PLEASE CARPOOL. THERE IS LIMITED PARKING AT THE EVENT AND PARKING ON HIGHWAY 1 IS NOT ALLOWED!)

If you are bringing an RV, make sure you can get parked and situated before the tenters arrive. You must have a separate reservation at Fernwood for Thursday 9/24, the day before the event. You CANNOT arrive in an RV on Friday 9/25. Call Fernwood for more information on this.

Check in time is after noon on Friday, Sept 25, 2026. Check out time is 11:00 AM on Sunday, Sept 27, 2026.

We are going to ask you to please leave your pets at home for the event.

All Motel Rooms, Tent Cabins, Adventure Tents and Cabins come with festival tickets. DO NOT buy your tickets on Eventbrite unless you are planning on camping in a tent or RV and buying a 2 DAY CAMPING PACKAGE. If you are staying in one of the other types of units, your accommodations will include tickets to the event and can only be secured by calling the resort.

SPECIAL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

PARKING LIMITATIONS! As usual, parking is limited for this event and we strongly encourage carpooling to the event. There is NO PARKING ALLOWED ON HIGHWAY 1. All people coming to this event must be registered guests, there is no day use allowed and ALL cars for people coming to the event must have car passes and be parked in the campground or in established parking spaces in front of your accommodations. If you are planning on coming to this event and you do not have a car pass, YOU MUST CARPOOL. There is NO overflow parking. The future of outdoor music events at Fernwood Resort depends on your cooperation. Thank you.
